About Me
I've been involved in all things dogs since I was a kid, training and competing in many different venues. Obedience, conformation, agility, rally, herding and now whippet racing to name but a few. In this time I've had a few different breeds, starting with a bichon and growing up with a golden and pembroke corgis, moving into australian shepherds of which I still have three, as well as a doberman and a whippet. Over these decades of dogs I've come to appreciate quality breed specific items that are also unique.

Combine all these dogs and dog sports with a love of pottery from a young age and LookQuest Pottery emerged. I took a few blocks of classes back around 2010, then a litter of puppies and chronically ill dog kept me home after work at my "real" job as a public health nurse rather than at class. Fast forward to 2019 and I was able to take more classes through Arrowsmith Potters Guild and the passion was lit again and I quickly became a guild member. Brief break while the studio was closed due to covid in 2020 and since then I spend much of my free time creating at the guild studio. I now have pieces for sale at the guild's store, the Train Station Pottery Store which is an exciting new venture!
