Definitely the most popular item, my mugs are not delicate items.  The most common thing I hear is "wow are those big!".  Most of my mugs are around 16oz.  Handles are big enough for a big hand to hold easily or to wrap your hand inside the handle and get the warmth of the mug.  Mugs make a great gift for someone else or as a gift to yourself any time of the year!
